AT-HOME LEARNING/HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS:
· Math: See homework grid on back of newsletter
· Spelling: See home work grid on back of newsletter
· Bag Book Reading: We will meet at least four times per week.
· Read every night for at least 15 minutes, record your book titles in your agenda.
FOCUS FOR THIS WEEK:
Language Arts: Read “Dear Juno”
Vocabulary from text: picture, school, answer, faraway, parents, wash, company, persimmons, smudged, envelope, photograph
Word Wall Words: are, always, before, city, goes
Math: Adding with 1, 2 and 3 digit numbers without regrouping. Collecting, organizing data and answering question in the form of a Venn diagram or Triple Venn Diagram.
Writing: Questions, statements and using descriptive words
Science/Social Studies:

NEWS, NOTES, and REMINDERS:
- Please be sure to SIGN your child’s homework grid and behavior tracker/calendar each night! This lets us know that you are aware of your child’s homework assignments and behavior in class.
- Make sure that any books your child reads are written down on their reading log and sign their reading log.
