AT-HOME LEARNING/HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS:
· Math: See homework grid on back of newsletter
· Spelling: See home work grid on back of newsletter
· Read every night for at least 15 minutes; record your book titles in your agenda.
FOCUS FOR THIS WEEK:
Language Arts: We will read “Pearl and Wagner two good friends”
Vocabulary from text: guess, pretty, science, shoe, village, wad, watch, won
Word Wall Words: guess, shoe, watch, won, one
Math: Fair share, math addition and subtraction then equal grouping, estimation and dividing them up equally.
Writing: Adverbs that tell when and where.
Science/Social Studies: Sound Unit

· March 23 – End of 3rd quarter

NEWS, NOTES, and REMINDERS:
- Please be sure to SIGN your child’s homework grid and behavior tracker/calendar each night! This lets us know that you are aware of your child’s homework assignments and behavior in class.
- Make sure that any books your child reads are written down on their reading log and sign their reading log.
