Dear Parents/Guardians,

Our field trip to the Charles B. Aycock Birthplace is tomorrow October 27, 2011! We will board the bus at 8:45/8:50 and will depart the school at 9:00 am. Please have yourself and your child here by 8:30 am. Please be sure to pack your child a snack and lunch. If you would like to hold onto your child's lunch that will be fine. If you do not want to keep your child's lunch it will go in a bin with other lunches. Please have your child wear a NCS shirt or a blue shirt to the field trip. When we first arrive to the field trip site we will depart the bus, head to the picnic area and eat snack. After your child has finished snack please take them to the restroom. Our tour will start at 10:15 so it is important for all children to have completed their snack and used the restroom.

We will have a sign out sheet with us on the field trip. Parents who wish to take their children home straight from the field trip will have to sign a the form and will be able to leave with their child from the field trip site.

Thank you much!
